Developed a strategic plan based on key insights, envisioning three pivotal applications: a pharmacy management web application, a delivery web application, and a consumer-facing application. This initiative aimed to address concerns of incorrect prescription fulfillment, providing a comprehensive solution for varied users.

Iterative User Testing and Fine-tuning

Conducted meticulous user testing with prototypes, iterating and fine-tuning software features based on invaluable feedback from pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. This iterative process ensured alignment with end users' expectations and needs, enhancing the final product's utility and effectiveness. Through our iterative process, we successfully validated and built a number of tools to help simplify the complexity of prescription billing which empowered the average pharmacy technician to becoming a billing expert.
